The Law Offices of Nolan Carter, P.A. specializes in medical and hospital negligence cases.  The majority of the cases we litigate are in the Central florida area, however we have litigated medical negligence cases throughout the State.

In addition to several million dollar settlements obtained for our clients, we have obtained verdicts in medical malpractice cases, which were record verdicts at the time. In 1998, we obtained a $8,650,000.00 verdict for a six year old child who sustained brain damage at birth. In 2002, we obtained a verdict for $78,500,000.00 for a severely brain damaged 45 year old lady.

In addition to our extensive trial experience, we have over 40 reported appellate court decisions, with 4 cases being precedent setting decisions by The Florida Supreme Court.
